The official language in the Citizens Lab and for all stage sessions is German. 

As organizers, we strive for a qualitative balance between the topic tracks, days and stages. Moreover, we value a balanced representation of company types, sizes and sectors and, importantly, the diversity of stage participants, especially in terms of gender. We ask you to consider these factors when submitting your application.  

• No Advertising 
  We do not accept advertising presentations or company pitches. We place great value on inspirational and insightful contributions  
• Non-binding Applications 
  Submitting an application via this form is not a binding registration for you or us. The IAA Conference team will inform you whether your application is accepted or not.  
• Confidentiality 
  Your application will be treated confidentially. By submitting your application you authorize us to contact regaring the status of your application using the contact details you have entered.

• Selection Process Completion: Second quarter of 2025  
• Notification: You will be informed whether your application is accepted or not.

Applications from universities/schools, public institutions, associations or private individuals are welcome and can be made available free of charge after a successful application and consultation.

Exhibitor discount:

A discount of 10 % applies for all slots at the Citizens Lab stage.
