A holistic mobility platform

Whether digitization, connectivity or sustainability: The challenges for the mobility industry are undoubtedly great. But with the IAA MOBILITY, we are providing the right answer to the big questions of the future. With the shift away from the image of a pure passenger car trade show to a comprehensive mobility platform, a decisive step has been taken in this direction. This is also attested to by those who need to know - because they are at the heart of the event: namely the 744 German and international exhibitors who shared their products and visions at the IAA MOBILITY in 2021. Three quarters of them rated the event a success afterwards. An outstanding 87 percent therefore want to participate in IAA MOBILITY again in the future.

One of the decisive factors here is the comprehensive range of exhibiting companies. Around 90 percent of exhibitors described IAA MOBILITY as a multifaceted experience.

In total, the exhibitors offered more than 20 different key product areas. In addition to automotive (35 percent of exhibitors), 2021 featured bicycles and micromobility providers at 29 percent, tech and digital companies at 22 percent, and products for automated and autonomous driving accounted for a good 14 percent of exhibitors. In addition, nearly 80 (!) startups took advantage of the stage IAA MOBILITY offered them.

Shows: Thanks to its innovative and industry-encompassing concept, IAA MOBILITY is becoming the leading global platform not only for forward-looking mobility, but also for sustainability. 84 percent of exhibitors confirm this.
