As organizers, we strive for a qualitative balance between the topic tracks, days and stages. Moreover, we value a balanced representation of company types, sizes and sectors and, importantly, the diversity of stage participants, especially in terms of gender. We ask you to consider these factors when submitting your application.  

• No Advertising 
  We do not accept advertising presentations or company pitches. We place great value on inspirational and insightful contributions.  
• Non-binding Applications 
  Submitting an application via this form is not a binding registration for you or us. The IAA Conference team will inform you whether your application is accepted or not.  
• Confidentiality 
  Your application will be treated confidentially. By submitting your application you authorize us to contact regarding the status of your application using the contact details you have entered.  

• Application Deadline: November 30, 2024  
• Selection Process Completion: First quarter of 2025  
• Notification: You will be informed whether your application is accepted or not.  

• 30 min Slot: 25 minutes of actual speaking time
  (Main Stage, Summit Stage, Yellow Forum)
• 15 min Slot: 10 minutes of actual speaking time 
  (Main Stage, Summit Stage, Yellow Forum)
• 45 min Slot (Masterclass Stages only)

Exhibitor discount:   
A discount of 10 % applies for all slots at the Stages and Forums, and a 20% discount applies to all Masterclass slots for IAA MOBILITY exhibitors (with own booth) participating in sponsorship options.
