As organizers, we strive to maintain a high level of quality as well as a balanced distribution of topics across all days and IAA Conference stages. We also place great importance on representing a diverse mix of company types, sizes, and sectors. In addition, we pay special attention to the diversity of speakers and panel participants.
Please keep the following factors in mind when submitting your application:

• Promotional content
  We strongly recommend avoiding promotional pitches. We place great value on inspiring and innovative contributions and presentations.
• Non-binding application
  Submitting an application via the form does not constitute a binding commitment for either party. The IAA Conference team will notify you of the outcome after the selection process.
• Confidentiality
  Your application will be treated confidentially. By submitting your application, you agree that we may contact you about its status using the contact details you provided.

• Notifications: You will be informed by the IAA Conference team after the selection process has been completed whether your application has been accepted or not.

• 45-minute slot 
  40 minutes of net presentation time
