IAA Conference – The Mobility Conference for Decision-Makers

The IAA Conference takes place as part of the IAA Summit from September 9 to 12, 2025.

No, access to the conference stages is included with the regular Summit professional visitor ticket, as well as press and exhibitor tickets. No separate ticket is required.

The IAA Conference is one of the world’s leading decision-maker conferences, seamlessly connecting mobility and technology topics on its stages. In over 200 keynotes and panel discussions, more than 500 high-ranking leaders from politics and business, visionary thought leaders, and industry experts come together to discuss the key topics, challenges, and opportunities of future mobility.

The IAA Conference takes place on two main stages (Main Stage and Summit Stage) as well as in three interactive forums. The stages are located within the exhibitor halls of the IAA Summit. For the first time, there will also be a Masterclass Stage, where companies can present and discuss their innovations.

The conference language of the IAA Conference is English. Some sessions may be held in German, but they will not be translated.

The topics of the IAA Conference are as diverse as mobility itself – the key topics of IAA MOBILITY are reflected in the conference tracks. We cover the areas of automotive, cycling, micromobility, and public transport, including local public transit, as well as mobility services such as MaaS (Mobility as a Service).

Technology-driven topics like autonomous driving, AI & GenAI, and software-defined vehicles are also on the agenda, along with future propulsion technologies and battery tech. These are complemented by sustainability-focused themes such as the circular economy and supply chains.

Last but not least, discussions will address urban and rural mobility, covering topics like expanding charging infrastructure for e-mobility and exploring holistic intermodal, multimodal, and integrated mobility solutions as key drivers of innovation for the cities and rural areas of the future.

In addition to selected discussions and keynotes from invited thought leaders across industry, politics, academia, and society, the IAA Conference team collaborates with top-tier non-profit curation partners. These partners will be listed in the conference program and on our website once the program is published.
