Under the motto “Mobility meets Professionals,” IAA MOBILITY 2025 offers trade visitors a variety of formats at the Munich exhibition center, including press conferences, a multi-day conference program as part of the IAA Conference, startup areas, and diverse networking opportunities. The Summit brings together industry representatives from all mobility sectors, making it the ideal platform to follow expert discussions on mobility and establish valuable connections.
The IAA Summit, including the IAA Conference, is primarily aimed at trade visitors and requires a paid ticket. This B2B event will take place on weekdays from September 9 to 12, 2025, at the Munich exhibition center, with expected opening hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
On Media Day, Monday, September 8, the IAA will open at 8:00 AM and will be accessible to accredited media representatives.
The Parking Garage West is available for Summit visitors.
Visitors have access to 80 charging stations in the West Parking Garage at the Summit. For better planning, you can use the Federal Network Agency's charging station map.
Ticket sales will start in spring 2025. You can find all information about IAA MOBILITY professional visitor tickets and prices on our website.
Yes, professional visitor tickets can also be purchased at the West Entrance. Cashless payment is preferred.
The IAA Summit ticket does not include free use of public transportation in Munich. However, we are pleased to offer our free airport shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes between Munich Airport and Messe München Trade Fair Center.
Everyone interested in mobility is warmly welcome. Please note that access is only possible with a valid ticket.
